The Barn at Raverlat

Welcome to Raverlat

A sleepy little Hamlet in beautiful sweeping French countryside.

As you enter the barn through the front door you are greeted by a large, open and airy entrance hall and landing.

There is a large family lounge with logburner. It has a 50" television, with UK freeview box, dvd player and Xbox with games.

A large open plan kitchen/diner runs right across the back of the barn. It has an 8 seat oak dining table, 4 seater breakfast bar and more than enough kitchen space to prepare a feast

On one side of the kitchen is a breakfast area with a bean to cup coffee maker.

Off the kitchen is a pantry with fridge/freezer, washer, drier, highchair, ironing board etc

Both Master bedrooms face the rear of the property, are large bright and airy and have their own en-suites. With one benefitting from direct access straight out onto a large balcony with views over the gardens and pool.

The barn is a lovely old agricultural building that has a very airy and spacious feel, and is set within 2 acres of its own private gardens. It is located in the tiny hamlet of Raverlat which has about 15 houses. The barn is on its own on one side of the road on raised ground, and has nothing overlooking it.
The accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, downstairs WC, very large kitchen, dining room and a large lounge with log burner. The barn sleeps 10 people plus a cot.

Outside there is a large patio area, large first floor balcony with stunning views and an outdoor heated pool with pergoda for shade. FREE Unlimited WiFi is provided.

At the front of the barn are two, twin bedrooms.

The barn also has two luxury folding beds and a childs cot. These can be moved into whichever rooms you like to give your group the flexibility of different room configurations.

All this gives the barn a maximum capacity of 10 adults/children +1 baby/toddler across the 4 spacious bedrooms.
